The Opportunity:
We are looking for Senior / Staff Nurse (Specialty Care - Palliative) to join us for various disciplines to provide high quality patient care.‍

Job Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for palliative patients in conjunction with the Palliative and primary team.
Provide high quality patient care in various disciplines by performing clinical procedures that will meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs
Provide support and be contactable during office hours and offer assistance to inpatient and outpatient enquiries
Collaborate with team doctors and allied health staff to provide continuum of care.
Ensure patient’s successful transition from the inpatient setting to the community.
Function as a clinical resource person to the Nurses and nursing training matters and issues related to the specialty

Job Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse certificate
Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred for candidate applying for the Senior Staff Nurse position
Relevant clinical experience
Good interpersonal and communication skill
