Work Schedule:
5.5 Days
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality nursing care and support to patients in a clinical setting. The duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide medical care and patient counselling to help patient understand about the scans or procedures and contrast injection
- To assist Radiologist in interventional procedures.
- Perform cannulation
- Chaperone doctors/ radiographers, prepare patients for scan examination as needed
- Ensure availability and operation of all the necessary equipment (e.g. BP machine, E-trolley check etc), medical supplies (e.g. medication, masks)
Requirements:
- Must be able to cannulate
- At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognised by Singapore Nursing Board).
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Good working attitude with ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients.
- 5.5 day work week
