Work Schedule:
Rotating Shifts
- Haemodialysis Care: Demonstrate proficiency in delivering HD treatment, including the assessment and management of vascular access (A-V fistula, graft, or catheter).
- Peritoneal Dialysis Management: Provide PD treatment, specialized training, and assessment for patients and caregivers to handle dialysis at home.
- Clinical Duties: Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs during treatments, administer medications, and assist with doctor rounds.
- Patient Education: Educate patients/caregivers on vascular access care, diet, and self-management.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure safety and compliance with infection control protocols, maintain dialysis equipment, and manage water quality assurance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and treatment data.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
- Dialysis experience preferred but candidates without relevant experience but has strong interests in nephrology can be considered.
- Candidates should be open to cross rotation within renal areas.
- Able to work 3 rotating shifts
