About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director / Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our efforts in driving growth and strengthening our brand presence in the healthcare insurance sector. In this key leadership role, you will develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies, while building and managing a high-performing team of Corporate Sales Managers.

As part of a new expansion initiative, you will have the rare opportunity to shape the future of our sales and marketing functions from the ground up. This includes crafting strategies, defining milestones, and establishing a scalable framework to propel business growth and achieve long-term success.

Experience Required

• 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Sales and Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the Healthcare or Insurance sector.

• Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.

• Must have experience working with third-party insurance agencies such as Bupa, Cigna, Prudential, or similar. Experience can include sales roles within these companies or collaboration with them to drive partnerships.

• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams, coupled with excellent motivational and coaching skills.

• Possesses the expertise and network to establish and strengthen partnerships with third-party insurance providers to promote and sell services.
