Provide safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services (dispensing/counseling) in the hospital.

Key accountabilities

• Provide appropriate and prompt patient/specialised counselling, and drug dispensing.
• Provide proper and timely drug reviews and medication reconciliation.
• Provide accurate and timely drug information to healthcare professionals.

Work schedule is 3 rotating shifts (including night shifts from 7pm to 7am) or Permanent night shifts

Current openings are at Gleneagles, Mount Elizabeth Orchard and Mount Elizabeth Novena

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from recognized university.
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
