Rotating Shifts
Provide clinical nursing leadership and expertise through assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of nursing practice and standards of care for patients; managing resources and applying evidence-based nursing practice in the Intensive Care Unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide clinical nursing leadership and expertise through assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of nursing practice and standards of care for patients; managing resources and applying evidence-based nursing practice in the Intensive Care Unit.
- To provide planning and administrative support to the Assistant Director of Nursing.
- To provide nursing leadership and clinical supervision for the department.
- To ensure and maintain safe practices in the delivery of care within reasonable costs to patients.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Nursing with Advanced Nursing Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board for Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in hospital clinical settings.
- Specialty experience in intensive care preferred.
- Experience of Preceptor/Clinical instructor/Nursing Education & Training preferred.
- A meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work on shifts (including night shift)
- High adaptive to new challenging environment.
