Work Schedule:
Rotating Shifts
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate daily care for critically ill neonates in the NICU, ensuring safe and competent care.
- Clinical Procedures: Prepare and assist physicians with specialized NICU procedures, treatments, and investigations.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Closely monitor neonatal progress, documenting care and outcomes accurately on established charts.
- Family Education: Provide guidance, support, and education to parents regarding the infant's condition, care, and rehabilitation.
- Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Professionalism: Maintain high standards of service quality and adhere to infection control and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: NICU/NHD experience preferred
- Shift Work: Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts.
