Work Schedule:
5 Days
- Lead nursing digitalisation and EMR initiatives
- Act as liaison between clinical teams and IT to optimise workflows
- Support project implementation (requirements, UAT, roll-out and support)
- Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives
- Evaluate and implement healthcare technologies and system integration
- Deliver training, user support, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent
- Formal training/certification in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, Quality Improvement or Project Management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute care
- Experience in project implementation (e.g., UAT, training, requirements)
- Exposure to EMR, digitalisation or healthcare IT systems
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
