The contract staff role will provide essential support to the Corporate Communications team across a range of functions. Key responsibilities include assisting with the integration of Webfusion for the new website and Sitecore implementation, as well as managing website content updates. The role will also involve supporting logistics for the Family Day event, coordinating sponsorship activities, and liaising with partners and sponsors. Additionally, the staff will handle patient relations by attending to queries and compiling feedback data, manage the ordering and inventory of Patient Information Leaflets (PILs) in collaboration with clinics, and oversee signage requests for FM and clinics. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Other roles include:

 

  1. Supporting webfusion integration for new website
  2. Family Day event logistics support
  3. Sponsorship support and logistics
  4. Content updates/support across all Lobby, Lounge, Clinic TV screens
  5. Patient Relations – able to attend to patients queries and collation of feedback data.
  6. Manage PIL inventory – Keeping track of PILs orders to clinics
  7. Clinic/FM signages requests
  8. Familiarity with website content management systems and basic understanding of data management processes.


This role will be on a 6 month contract.

  • No dress-down Fridays (ie. no denim pants/skirts and jeans).

 

Working hours

  • Monday – Thursday:        8.30 am – 6.00 pm
  • Friday:                          8.30 am – 5.30 pm

1 hour lunch break

(within 42 hours per week)

Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Organized and have administrative experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team


Vaccination requirements:

  • Tdap (10-year validity)
  • Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses)
  • MMR (2 doses)
