As part of the Human Resource leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment within the organization. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations across the organization, support the Director of HR in driving strategic initiatives, and lead the HR team to ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, and workforce development.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies and programs for the organization
  • Lead the HR department in running day-to-day operations
  • Serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues
  • Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee- oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
  • Work as strategic business partner with other department managers and supervisors to ensure HR talent management goals and objectives are achieved
  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc
  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment activities of the company – Development of programs / internal processes to improve Employee Engagement / Candidate Experience
  • Identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training programs
  • Deal with grievances and violations, invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Ensure labor/ disciplinary cases are carried out timely and in compliance with company policies and due process requirements
  • Undertake project / assignments as and when required


Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma with at least 10 years of HR generalist and/ or HRBP experiences in HR Operations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee engagement and retention. Prior experience in payroll processing is not a must but will be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years in a Senior HR managerial role or similar capacity. 
  • Strong Ms Excel skills and experienced in using HRIS like Prosoft Unit 4.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous with details, passionate about people and with a hands-on mentality.
  • Resilient and organized, with a strong sense of urgency and work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Mature and resourceful, with the ability to define and solve problems, analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Familiar with budgeting and benefits administration like WICA claims, as well as prevailing HR practices and legislations.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and statutory regulations.
