Job Description - Learning & Development

  • Maintain training records and assist in tracking training effectiveness and compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g. BCLS/ACLS)
  • Assist in the coordination and registration of external training programs.
  • Communicate training schedules clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and ease of registration.
  • Process and track training-related invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support implementation of HR projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Min A’level or Diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Organized and have administrative experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team

 

Working hours

  • Monday – Thursday:        8.30 am – 6.00 pm
  • Friday:                          8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • (within 42 hours per week)
  • 3 months contract


Requirements:

Dress code:

  • Shirt/blouse and pants
  • Proper covered shoes (ie. not track shoes)
  • No striking-coloured hair
  • No ear accessories (for males)
  • Shoulder length hair to be tied up
  • No dress-down Fridays (ie. no denim pants/skirts and jeans).

 

Vaccination requirements:

  • Tdap (10-year validity)
  • Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses)
  • MMR (2 doses)
