Job Description - Learning & Development
- Maintain training records and assist in tracking training effectiveness and compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g. BCLS/ACLS)
- Assist in the coordination and registration of external training programs.
- Communicate training schedules clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and ease of registration.
- Process and track training-related invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support implementation of HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Min A’level or Diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Organized and have administrative experience
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team
Working hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
- Friday: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 hour lunch break
- (within 42 hours per week)
- 3 months contract
Requirements:
Dress code:
- Shirt/blouse and pants
- Proper covered shoes (ie. not track shoes)
- No striking-coloured hair
- No ear accessories (for males)
- Shoulder length hair to be tied up
- No dress-down Fridays (ie. no denim pants/skirts and jeans).
Vaccination requirements:
- Tdap (10-year validity)
- Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses)
- MMR (2 doses)
