• Provide in-store product recommendations and support marketing activities (eg new product launches, sampling and testing, GWP, etc.)
• Perform merchandising to ensure adequate stock levels on shopfloor and first-expiry-first-out rotation
• Provide customer service and execute security control measures
• Assist customers with self-checkout payments when required
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of retail pharmacy displays and stock storage areas
• Assist in stocktake and cycle counts of retail items
• Maintain relevant documentation of routine work activities (e.g. cycle counts)
• Maintain service excellence standards in retail customer care and communication
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Dress code

• Shirt/blouse and pants
• Proper covered shoes (ie. not track shoes)
• No striking-coloured hair
• No ear accessories (for males)
• Shoulder length hair to be tied up
• No dress-down Fridays (ie. no denim pants/skirts and jeans).
