Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assists with clarifications
- Verify patient billing details, subsidies and scheme entitlements
- Perform payment collections for clinic/pharmacy services
- Generate and process invoices for prescription and related services
- Manage billing adjustments, refunds or corrections if needed
- Provide assistance with patients' inquiries regarding charges / payments
- Communicate with clinic for patient visit details or payment concerns
- Ensures that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely
- Ensure stocks at cashier counter and stationeries are well stocked
The contract is until 7/11/2025 (extension is subjected to vacancy and business needs)
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ level
- 1 year of frontline customers’ service experience
- Advantage to have cashiering experience
Working hours
- Monday – Friday at 9am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Vaccination requirements:
- Tdap (10-year validity)
- Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses)
- MMR (2 doses)
