Reporting to the Director, Customer Relations, the incumbent is responsible for the growth portfolio of C.I.N. S/he is also responsible for ensuring customer experience of the portfolios under her charge.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable growth of 3 major revenue areas: Cardio, Imaging, Nuclear. Growth effectiveness will be measured in terms of the established revenue targets.
- Take personal responsibility to learn and be well informed about our products and services as well as our competitors’.
- Be able to engage the users (i.e. specialists, corporates, patients, next-of-kins) effectively.
- Promote the utilization of the 3 high revenue areas.
- Contribute effectively to the expansion plan of DIS including but not limited to planning, engaging, establishing price list and forecasting revenue.
- Monitor feedback of C.I.N. and take action to follow-up on the feedback including but not limited to visiting the specialists, patients, corporate clients, and next-of-kins, doing service recovery and taking actions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, to improve with the aim to reduce further occurrences and to enhance our offerings.
- Take on any other assignments from time to time.
- Min Degree in any discipline
- Must have cardio experience
- Experience in Business Development or done sales in private healthcare sector before are preferable
