  • Attend to basic appointment-related calls and support the booking of simple First Visit appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls from patients for their first visit.
  • Schedule the appointments.
  • Input and update patient information in the CRM system.
  • Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as emails/referrals etc if needed.

 

Working hours

  • Monday – Friday at 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

 

Dress code

  • Shirt/blouse and pants
  • Proper covered shoes
  • No striking-coloured hair
  • No ear accessories (for males)
  • No dress-down Fridays (ie. no denim pants/skirts and jeans).
Requirements:

Vaccination requirements:

  • Tdap (10-year validity)
  • Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses)
  • MMR (2 doses)
