Work Schedule:
5 Days
- Attend to basic appointment-related calls and support the booking of simple First Visit appointments.
- Handle incoming calls from patients for their first visit.
- Schedule the appointments.
- Input and update patient information in the CRM system.
- Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as emails/referrals etc if needed.
Working hours
- Monday – Friday at 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Dress code
- Shirt/blouse and pants
- Proper covered shoes
- No striking-coloured hair
- No ear accessories (for males)
- No dress-down Fridays (ie. no denim pants/skirts and jeans).

Vaccination requirements:
- Tdap (10-year validity)
- Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses)
- MMR (2 doses)
