As an Executive, Programme and Community Partnership, you will support the planning and execution of programmes that promote the well-being and engagement of seniors in our residential care facilities. You will also help cultivate partnerships with community groups, volunteers, schools, and corporate partners to enhance the quality and variety of activities offered to residents. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that seniors enjoy meaningful experiences that promote active ageing, social connection, and emotional well-being.
You will need to:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of centre-based programmes and events for residents
- Liaise with internal teams (nursing, therapy, operations) to ensure programme activities align with residents' care plans
- Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with community stakeholders, volunteers, schools, and corporate partners
- Coordinate logistics for activities, including sourcing materials, booking venues, and managing schedules
- Support volunteer engagement, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and appreciation efforts
- Collect and document feedback from residents, staff, and partners to evaluate programme impact
- Maintain accurate records of participation, donations, volunteer hours, and partnership engagements
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and documentation for grants or funding where necessary
- Represent the organisation during community events or partnership meetings as needed
- Perform any other administrative or coordination duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Gerontology, Events Management, or a related field
- Have 1-2 years of experience in programme coordination, events planning, or community engagement
- Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
- Be comfortable working with seniors and individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Be proactive, resourceful, and a team player
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office or G Suite tools for documentation and scheduling
