Job Responsibilities:
Receive patients from Front Desk
Direct patients to the correct Waiting Lobby
Assist with instructions to patients who require to change for scan
Coordinate for patients with multiple scans
Assist Clinical Team with scheduling, Labels etc
Any other duties assigned by the superior

Enjoy providing customer service support to patients
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Able to work well in team as well as individually
Effective follow-up skills
Good time management and able to prioritise job tasks
