Job Responsibilities:
Do appointment scheduling
Answer phone calls and respond to customer’s emails and other avenues of communication
Follow up with patients and clinics’ phone calls and emails when necessary
Process payments and invoices to relevant parties
Filing, checking invoices – labs, drugs
Job Requirements:
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Able to work well in team as well as individually
Enjoy providing customer service support through phone call
Effective follow-up skills
Good time management and able to prioritise job tasks
