Job Description:
- Provides radiography services in the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
- Conducts special examinations such as CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, Fluoroscopy and Theatre Radiography.
- Liaises with and accepts advice from the Manager.
- Assists the Radiologist and doctors in the imaging process.
- Assists in the care and maintenance of Ultrasound and X-ray machines and radiographic equipment.
- Participates in departmental activities such as quality assurance and performance appraisal.
- Attends and contributes to departmental staff meetings.
- Supervises and directs activities of departmental staff when necessary.
- Participates in on-call duties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Radiography or Diploma from College of Radiographers (UK) or equivalent.
- Registered with AHPC.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital.
- Computer literacy.
- To cover on call duties as rostered.
