As the Director / Head of Operations, you will oversee the seamless daily operations of our

client's hospitality and healthcare facilities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this

pivotal role requires a leader with a unique blend of 5-star hotel management expertise and

experience in acute healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, dynamic

professional who can excel in a fast-paced and diverse operational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee operations across hospitality and healthcare facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Team Development: Mentor and lead department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
  • Guest and Patient Experience: Drive strategies to enhance customer satisfaction in both hotel and healthcare environments, addressing feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to hospitality and healthcare regulations, as well as internal quality standards.
  • Strategic Execution: Work closely with the GM to align operational strategies with organizational goals, focusing on innovation and adaptability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial objectives.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in Hotel and Healthcare Operations Management, preferable with 3 years experience in a leadership role within a luxury or upscale hotel.
  • Experience in acute hospital operations or healthcare service management is highly desireable


  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with a focus on employee development and engagement.
  • Deep commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a proactive approach to service improvement.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with a track record of effectively resolving operational challenges.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with guests, staff and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Hotel and/or Healthcare Software systems.


Education/Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business and/or Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced training in both hospitality and healthcare management is advantageous.
