Work Schedule:
5.5 Days
- Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening time (counter, dispensary room, treatment zones, consult name plates, etc.), and ensure proper closing after end of business hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of clinic, at counter, dispensary room, treatment zones and common areas.
- Manage reception duties and maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained
- Submit the Medisave/insurance claims applications.
- Perform general administrative duties
- Assist medical staff during their duty hours.
- Dispensing medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to prescriptions, under supervision.
- Manage inventory of dispensary items.
- Chaperone doctors who require assistance
- Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- At least 2 years in Customer service-related field, ideally in similar capacity
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent team player
- Able and willing to work on a 5.5-day work week (fixed)
- Must be comfortable to work half day on Saturday
- Must have experience doing billing and insurance claims
