Work Schedule:
5 Days
- Plan, develop, and deliver clinical training programs, workshops, and orientation for nurses across various departments.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to new and junior nursing staff to ensure quality clinical practice and patient safety.
- Collaborate with Nursing Leaders and Department Heads to identify learning needs and support continuous professional development.
- Facilitate competency assessments and skills evaluation to uphold nursing standards.
- Participate in nursing research, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice implementation.
- Stay current with MOH regulations, nursing practices, and emerging healthcare trends.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid registration under the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent (Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing Education or Clinical Teaching preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including experience in teaching, preceptorship, or staff development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about lifelong learning, patient care, and staff empowerment.
